Pending for Authorisation
This screen is only accessible to users having authorisation rights over other users with controlled access for the same accounts. This screen displays all the transactions, except Bulk Payments see the Batch Authorisation Screen, that required authorisation.
Authorisation Process
- Select Account: Select the account you require from the drop down list.
- Filter Options: You can filter by the Amount or a Keyword and then click Apply.
- You have the option to mark each transaction as Approved or Declined by clicking on the available check-boxes on the right hand side of each transaction line.
- Signatures If you approve a transaction that requires more than one signature, the transaction will stay pending for approval until the transaction has been approved by the required number of signatories. The number of signatories left to authorise the transactions is shown in the signatures column.
- Click Submit.
- You will now move to a confirmation page where you can review the details.
- To complete the process click the Confirm button.
- Upon successful submission a message will be displayed on your screen with the transaction status.
- The transaction status can be checked on the Online Transaction Status Screen. Rejected transactions will have the status Declined. Approved transactions will have the status Submitted or Pending if the system is Offline. When searching for these transactions note that the Transaction Date is the date the transaction was created, not the date it was Approved or Declined.
- You can print or save the e-receipt for the completed transaction by using the icons. The transaction number is from the internet banking system.
