Contact the Bank
- In case you have trouble logging into the Internet Banking System please contact the Customer Services:
- Who cannot access the Internet Banking System?
- Individuals or Companies who do not maintain bank accounts or cards with the Bank.
- Applicants who have not yet received their security codes (User ID & Password) are unable to enter the Internet Banking system.
- Customers who have had three (3) unsuccessful consecutive login attempts will automatically lock the account.
Problems while using the Internet Banking System?
The Internet Banking System fully supports the latest web browsers for Internet Explorer, Goggle Chrome and Morzilla Firefox.
Although other web browsers might also be compatible, the Bank strongly recommends the usage of the above web browsers.
To avoid unexpected compatibility problems, the Bank strongly recommends the frequent upgrade of your web browser and operating system with the latest security or other critical updates suggested by your software vendors.
