Login process

• User ID: Enter your User ID. Your user id is supplied by the bank when you first open an account for the Internet Banking System. This is a unique code assigned to you and it is your identification code in the Internet Banking System.

  Other Options

  • You can access all the functions in the system from the Main Menu bar or you can use the Favorites menu, see Customise My Quick Menu

    This screen gives you the option to customise your Favourites menu.

    • In the column View On My Menu, check the check boxes of the screens you wish to appear on your menu.
    • Click Save to save the changes.

• Password: Enter your password.
• PIN: Enter your PIN. Your PIN is supplied by the bank when you first open an account for the Internet Banking System.
• The first time you login you are required to complete the Security Questions.

Three (3) unsuccessful consecutive login attempts will automatically lock the account. You must contact the Bank in order to unlock the account. See Login Problems and Forgot Password.

New Customer

• It is strongly recommended that you change your password and do not divulge the details to anyone Change User Password

  For your own security we recommend that you change your Password frequently. Never reveal your Password to anyone.

  • User ID: Displays your current User ID.
  • Existing Password: Enter your current Password.
  • New Password: Enter a new Password within the following limitations:
    • You are not allowed to reuse your old password.
    • You are not allowed to use a sequence of identical characters.
    • Your New Password should be different from your current User ID.
    • Password length is defined by the bank, an error message will appear if you input the incorrect length with the correct number of characters.
  • Advice: You should not use Passwords consisting of:
    • Months, weekdays, birthdays or any other form of date
    • Family names, initials or license numbers
    • Names, ID number or any other bank references
    • Phone numbers or consecutive number series
    • Dictionary words
  • Confirm New Password: Enter your New Password for confirmation.
  • Security Question: Select a question.
  • Answer: Enter your answer.

  This screen is to maintain your SMS alerts.

  • Click on the plus sign User Based Alerts.
  • Check the active check box of the processes you wish to receive an SMS alert for on your mobile phone.
  • Click Save.
  • Note: The SMS alert will be sent in the same language as the transfer was made in.

• To view your accounts on the Balance overview screen you must check the check box on the Account Personalisation screen.

  This screen is for you to maintain how you wish to display your accounts in the system.

  Process Options

  • Account Alias: You can easily rename each account for your own benefit by completing the Account Alias. This alias will be reflected in all account selection lists inside the Internet Banking System (optional).
  • Priority: Enter a number for the order in which you wish the accounts to appear in the Internet Banking System (optional), e.g. 1,2,3.
  • Click Save.

  This screen gives you the option to customise your Favourites menu.

  • In the column View On My Menu, check the check boxes of the screens you wish to appear on your menu.
  • Click Save to save the changes.

  Widgets are tools or objects that you can arrange on your home page. Some widgets contain "at-a-glance" data.

  • The available widgets are displayed on this screen.
  • To display a widget on your Welcome Dashboard Page, check the activate box.
  • Click the My Dashboard menu to view the widgets.
  • You can re-arrange the widgets, click and drag the widget, when you see a box appear, you can drop the widget into place.
