This screen displays your personal financial management chart. You defined the categories on the 
Transactions Categories Screen. You can view the total amount of all transactions assigned to a specified category. You can also zoom in within the chart to view a more detailed analysis for a specific period by clicking with the mouse within the chart program.
This screen is for you to set-up transaction categories to be used in the presentation of data on your Personal Financial Management Chart. Transactions categories will then be available on transaction processes, so you can assign a transaction to a category.
Processes View/Create/Edit/Delete
- Account: Select the account number. Categories that have already been set-up with be displayed on the screen.
- Click Edit to edit the name of the category.
- Click Create New to create a new category.
- Category Name/Description: Enter a name.
- Chart Display Colour: Select the colour from the list.
- Click Save.
- You can only delete a category if there are no transactions assigned to that category.

This screen provides a history of all your completed transactions, you can assign categories to these transactions.
Process Options
Searching
- Select the Account you wish to view from the drop down list.
- Quick Search: Click, Last 10, 20 or 30 transactions.
- Using the Filter By Option select the transactions you are interested in:
- You can select by the Transaction Type, Transaction Category and Period.
- To select by a date range you must first select the User Defined option and then enter the Date From and Date To.
- Once you have made your selection click View, your selected criteria will be retrieved by the system.
- Click Clear to remove the filter options.
Assign Categories
- Check the Select check box of the transaction you wish to assign.
- Select the Category. Note: Select the category Unassign, to remove the category.
- Click Save.
Create New Category
- Click Create New Category. You will be re-directed to the Transaction Categories screen.
- Click Create New to create a new category.
- Category Name/Description: Enter a name.
- Chart Display Colour: Select the colour from the list.
- Click Save.
