Token Synchronisation - Re-set Token Device
This page is to re-set your token device. Sometimes you might receive an error from the system rejecting the transaction authorisation code you have input from your token device.
Desynchronisation may be caused by different reasons like:
- No usage of the token for a long time.
- When the battery in token is close to drying out.
To re-set your device
- Enter the serial number found on the actual token device, (not a generated code).
- Click Submit.
